My wife and I retired from 41 years of full time ministry. During that time Colleen and I have built, sold, bought and fixed up a number of houses. Many of them were total guts that were transformed into pristine rebuilds. We have seen it all.
We love houses and wanted an opportunity to help those who may not be savvy or just need another set of eyes on your purchase or sale.
As you see from the picture we do love the beach. Colleen and I met there when we were 14. Beach life is our calming spot and has meant a lot to us over the years. The calming and consistent waves of the ocean inspired us to name our company
"Blue Wave".

The report will include an array of pictures of certain inspected areas and materials.
Also can inspect condos with no more than four units.
